I am a JBT teacher working in Sector 10 Gurugram. I came to Carvers to lose weight and I am delighted that in one month I have lost 4 kgs of weight. The weight loss has also helped reduce the pain in my legs so much so that it’s non-existent at the moment.
Not only did I lose weight but also , the circumference of the upper thigh has reduced from 23 inches to 20 inches. The circumference around the knee has reduced from 19 inches to 17 inches.
I would like to give a special mention to the hygiene, environment, and overall functioning of the centre. There is less talk and more action. The machines used are latest.
I would hope that Carvers ascends newer heights and shape more lives.
